Everything But The Turkey Menu

November 26, 2019 by Mia Zarlengo Leave a Comment

From breakfast, to apps, sides, and desserts- all of my favorites to bring to your Thanksgiving table! Healthier spins on the best flavors of fall. I can’t wait to hear what you guys make!

Breakfast:

Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Bake with Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting (gluten free, dairy free)

The best oatmeal bake to feed the family the morning of Thanksgiving. Recipe linked here.

Banana Oatmeal Pancakes (vegan, gluten free)

The best healthier pancakes. Double or triple the batch if you’ve got a big fam like me! Recipe here.

Appetizers:

Prosciutto + Ricotta Cracker Bites (gluten free)

This recipe is amazing, and SO easy to make! Such a crowd pleaser, too. Recipe linked here. Just use gluten free crackers for to make this gluten free!

Apricot BBQ Meatballs (gluten free, dairy free)

The most addicting little bites, linked here. Just a 2-ingredient sauce!

Sides:

Pumpkin Cornbread (gluten free)

Everyone will be thanking you for bringing this comfort food side dish! It’s easy and so delicious, linked here.

Brussels + Kale Salad (gluten free)

With the most amazing maple tahini dressing, this salad will be a crowd favorite (and it makes a ton!). Recipe linked here.

Cacio e Pepe Cauliflower Mash (gluten free)

A non-starchy option to add to the table! Creamy, peppery mashed cauliflower linked here.

Dessert:

Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies (gluten free, dairy free)

My absolute favorite fall cookie, linked here. Just remember to soak your cashews the night before!

Be sure to tag me on Instagram stories if you make any of these for Thanksgiving! I love seeing what you guys are enjoying 🙂

definitely not here to brag about my summer roll w definitely not here to brag about my summer roll wrapping game (🥲), BUT you do need this spicy almond butter sauce in your life!! this is one of my weekly go-to meals. i use whatever i have on hand- these have butter lettuce, shredded cabbage, bell pepper, and air fried tofu. so perfect!! you can also make the sauce nut free with sunflower butter- link in bio for the recipe!

for the tofu:
press out liquid, slice into strips, and spray with a little avocado oil. season with any seasonings you like, then air fry at 400 for 10 mins or so until crisp. they will puff up a lot but deflate once out of the air fryer!
