The easiest and tastiest burger recipe! Plus, I am all about hiding veggies in wherever I can, and these sneak in both carrot and zucchini!

These are paleo/gluten free, and nut free! They’re super simple to throw together, and make for great leftovers, too!

The perfect protein to add to any dish- pair it with your favorite sides and a bun or lettuce wrap and you’re set!

I can’t believe there are no reviews of these burgers! They are soOoOo flavorful. Cooking and clean up were a breeze. I didn’t have coconut flour so I substituted with almond flour and a touch of tapioca flour, which worked like a charm. I can’t wait to make them again!

  2. Lada says:

Very good recipe, easy and delicious!

  3. Melina says:

    Hi Mia!
So you recommend squeezing out the zucchini? These were delicious but when I made them they did not hold together at all!
Was thinking it’s the zucchini being too wet?
