Everything you need for your Easter brunch table! Easter brunch makes me so nostalgic for my childhood- we used to have brunch most years at a country club with my grandparents with the most amazing brunch buffet. As we got older, my mom started to make amazing brunch spreads at home more often. Either way, Easter just screams brunch to me lol.

I wanted to put together a quick round up of the perfect breakfast recipes for you guys- all of them are gluten free and most of them are plant-based, too! These are some of my favorite recipes, and will make you r Spring spread so delicious and perfect 🙂

I (personally) would pick a few of these to serve- it’s great to have some sweet and savory options! I would then provide some fresh fruit and scrambled eggs (and some bacon or sausage if you’re feeling it!) to give people some options. I can’t wait to see what you guys make! xo

gluten free cinnamon rolls on a floral plate

Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls. These recipes are soft and fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. I am obsessed, and they have quickly become a blog favorite! In less than a couple of months, they have almost 30 five star reviews!

Tips: I have not tried prepping these the night before- I would recommend prepping them as close to bake time as possible! If you want them to have a little extra sweetness, I like to add a couple extra tablespoons of coconut sugar to the filling!

broccoli cheddar quinoa breakfast bake in a white baking dish with a wooden spoon and mug of coffee

Broccoli Cheddar Quinoa Breakfast Bake. For a cozy, delicious, and nourishing savory main for your table. It’s the perfect combination of green veggies, eggs, and melty cheese. Plus an addition of quinoa to make it more filling and hearty!

Tip: make the quinoa the night before for a quicker prep time in the morning!

marble chocolate banana muffins on a floral plate

Marble Chocolate Banana Muffins. Every brunch table needs some sort of muffin! My absolute favorite with a good cup of coffee 🙂 These muffins are gluten free (and paleo) and can be made totally dairy free. They are so fluffy and perfect, plus they make a pretty addition to your spread!

Tips: Make sure you’ve got some extra spotty bananas on hand! These can be made the night before, too.

gluten free bagels on a plate with a tub of cream cheese

Gluten Free Yogurt Bagels. If you want to make a fresh baked good in place of store bought bread or bagels, look no further. These easy yogurt bagels are higher in protein and fiber, and go perfectly with some scrambled eggs or a bagel board (think cream cheese, sliced veggies, and lox)!

zucchini bread slices on brown parchment paper with small bowl of butter and white flowers

Gluten Free Zucchini Bread. I am absolutely obsessed with this loaf- you would NEVER know it’s gluten free Perfectly moist, sweet, and fluffy. Such a crowd pleaser and will make the best sweet addition to your Easter morning spread!

Broccoli Cheddar Breakfast Biscuits. If you’ve never made this blog favorite, I promise you are missing out! It’s like a cross between an omelette, Starbucks egg bites, and a biscuit with the best broccoli cheddar flavor combo. They are so unbelievably good, and everyone devours them. Add these to your brunch spread in place of regular eggs (or in addition to)- you won’t regret it!

lemon loaf with glaze sliced on brown parchment paper

Gluten Free Lemon Loaf. Another amazing light and fresh loaf to make with your brunch. I love adding the optional poppyseeds to this loaf, and serving with some fresh berries. It’s gorgeous and has the best flavor/texture! You can also try the strawberry lemon loaf version for a pop of color on your table!

Tip: I like using the Bob’s Red Mill 1-for-1 gluten free baking flour (blue bag) or the Cup-4-Cup gluten free flour for the best texture results!

Vegan Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes. Ok, so maybe not the most conventional breakfast or brunch menu item but…can you really ever go wrong with cheesy potatoes? My opinion is no. I could eat these any time of day to be honest- they are out of this world good and actually super easy to make!!

carrot cake square slices with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans

Gluten Free Carrot Cake. It isn’t Easter without a delicious carrot cake! This one is gluten free, can be made dairy free, and super simple to make. The moisture and sponge of this cake is out of this world, and the simple cream cheese frosting is made with yogurt! This one is so delicious and will definitely complete your brunch spread 🙂

Tip: Make the cream cheese frosting the night before and store in the refrigerator to save you a step the night morning!

Simple Lemon Ricotta Toast. If you want to serve a fun, but easy, toast with your brunch then look no further! I make this gluten free and love it dairy free or with regular ricotta! This lemon ricotta and honey toast is my current obsession, plus it’s so light and springy!

Tip: You can make the ricotta the day before then just pop the bread in your toaster or oven when you’re read to serve!
