The easiest healthy ranch dip! Made with Greek yogurt and fresh herbs, plus no mayo needed (hi to my fellow mayo haters)!

This Greek yogurt ranch dip is so bright, flavorful, and fresh, It’s ready in no time, and the best dip to prep for the week for dipping veggies in! It’s also perfect to bring to a gathering on a snack board, or to serve with some cauliflower buffalo wings :).

I find it so hard to find ranch dressings or dips in the stores that don’t have weird fillers or additives, so I have been wanting to make my own for awhile now. This recipe is made with the most simple ingredients for a healthy and high protein ranch dip! I am obsessed!

I used my food processor to quickly chop up all the herbs and garlic, but if you don’t have one you can definitely just do it by hand! It’s a super simple and straight-forward recipe.

Healthy Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

Easy and healthy ranch dip made with Greek yogurt and fresh herbs!


Ingredients

Scale
  • Handful of fresh parsley (about 3 tbsp)
  • 23 sprigs of fresh dill (about 1 tbsp)
  • 67 chives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. For the fresh herbs and garlic, you can finely mince everything my hand, or add them all to a food processor and blend until finely minced.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix/process again until well-combined. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

    Yes, I made this….was disappointed that it was more a ranch dressing…not a dip. I followed the recipe yet the result was not the thickness of a normal dip. The tart flavor of the yogurt overshadowed the other ingredients. I used 1/2 lemon as it seemed a whole lemon would be unpalatable with the yogurt. It was still quite tart. Not a repeater for me.

      I’m sorry to hear that Judy! Did you use a thick Greek style yogurt? Mine turns out pretty thick with Greek yogurt!
