Tropical Turmeric Slushie! I made this anti-inflammatory, hormonal support recipe inspired by the Erewhon Turmeric Crush smoothie, thanks to my pregnancy cravings!!

This slushie really hit all the fruity + Summery cravings I’ve been having, provided me with tons of nutrients for my pregnancy, and felt like a special little form of self-care in a glass!

I, of course, had to add some extra nutrients to the mix with some added veggies (that I swear you can’t taste). I also added some collagen, which doesn’t change the flavor at all but adds some good amino acids for the baby and my growing belly!

The carrots and cauliflower that I snuck in there give this smoothie a big vitamin, mineral, and fiber boost (which helps keep blood sugar levels more stable). The fruits give this the best tropical flavor that makes it feel like a drink you’d get on vacation + satisfies my sweet tooth. The turmeric and ginger give this some anti-inflammatory properties and kick up the flavor, and the beets can help support blood pressure levels and provide a ton of vitamins.

If you aren’t pregnant, I also think this would make an amazing cocktail 😉 Just add a splash of vodka or tequila for an amazing Summer drink!

Let me know if you give this healthy slushie a try! I can’t wait to hear what you think! xo
