A super simple 5 ingredient creamy white clam and zucchini pasta!
The perfect quick and simple dinner. This is a meal I came up with during the beginning of my postpartum days when I needed nourishing, comforting, and easy meals. It was sort of a “no recipe, recipe” type of meal that I shared on Instagram, and many of you requested I added it to the blog!
Its such a cozy meal that also happens to pack in some amazing minerals from the clams, plus all the goodness from zucchini. It can also be made gluten free by using any gluten free pasta you love!
By using a jarred Alfredo sauce, this meal required minimal prep and is ready in no time. Such a win for those busy weeknights (or sleepy postpartum days in my case)!
