Easy protein pancakes that taste like classic pancakes! No protein powder, light and fluffy, and delicious. These pancakes are about to be your new favorite high protein breakfast! Especially when you’re in the mood for something sweet 🙂
You can use any pancake mix you love- gluten free or regular mix will work! Just add until a pancake batter consistency is reached!
I made these pancakes three days in a row after testing the recipe. They are just that good! Plus, they could not be easier to whip up.

Feel free to add in anything else you love; I prefer chocolate chips for a little added sweetness!
Bonus: these make for a great make-ahead breakfast, too! They can be prepped and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
