My favorite way to make a salmon filet! It’s simple, flavorful, and the perfect easy weeknight dinner.

I also made this (and doubled the recipe) for a girls’ night that I hosted and it was the perfect protein to serve! It was so easy to prepare, cooks quickly, and is such a crowd pleaser!

This salmon is also gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and nut free.

The spice rub gets its delicious flavor from a little coconut sugar, garlic, smoke paprika, and Italian seasonings. It’s the perfect blend of flavors, and gets finished off with a bit of fresh lemon.

You just simply coat the salmon in the seasonings and oil/butter, then top with a thinly sliced lemon.

Then just bake, serve, and enjoy! I love serving this with a big salad, or some roasted veggies and rice. This salmon is the perfect versatile protein to go with whatever you’ve got on hand, and it’s such a good staple recipe you’ll want on repeat!

I can’t wait for you guys to try this recipe! Let me know if you make it! 🙂
