Healthy creamy strawberry banana milkshake!
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup greek yogurt Dash of vanilla extract
2 servings of collagen (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
