Healthy creamy strawberry banana milkshake!


  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • 2 servings of collagen (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
