Gluten Free Protein Pancakes (no protein powder)

Easy protein pancakes that can be made gluten free, plus no protein powder needed!


  • 1/3 cup egg whites (23 egg whites)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite pancake mix (plus more as needed- see directions)
  • Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, hemp seeds, cinnamon, or berries


  1. Whisk wet ingredients until smooth. Fold in pancake mix, and slowly add more as needed if batter is too thin (I needed about 1/4 cup more of mine). Fold in any add ins.
  2. Cook on a griddle over medium heat with butter or coconut oil for 2-3 minutes per side; be careful not to burn. Serve and enjoy!
