Hi I was wondering if you have the nutritional information and calorie intakes on your recipes?
I’m sorry, I do not count calories or focus on that for my recipes! xo
hi I am just wandering i have got severe PCOS. I have been wanting to loose weight and whenever I try to stay away from sugar. i become very desperate for sugar and eventually give in. my question is what is the best lifestyle for me to loose weight with pcos?
Hi!
Definitely try gluten free and dairy free!
Changed my life and I get so much less breakouts.
But here’s an Instagram account where you can learn more about it. https://instagram.com/pcos.weightloss?igshid=NWRhNmQxMjQ=
