This salted caramel peanut butter smoothie has been on serious repeat since I created this recipe. I am so obsessed! I could drink this smoothie every morning I swear.

Made with simple, nourishing ingredients and the best flavor ever. I want to disclaim that the fats in nuts are absolutely healthy and don’t recommend replacing all nuts with powdered versions (which remove most of the fats), BUT I do love powdered peanut butter in some smoothies for the flavor and texture it gives! I’ve also added macadamia nuts to the recipe to make up for those missing fats, and they also provide some good fiber and delicious flavor!

This smoothie is packed with plant-powered ingredients. Once you take a sip you will be just as addicted- I promise. The salty and sweet combo of this smoothie is just too good.

You can’t even taste the cauliflower in this! I promise. It thickens up the smoothie and adds extra vitamins. However, if you choose to leave it out you will definitely need some ice as none of the other ingredients are frozen.

This smoothie is soo silky smooth- it has the best texture.

Drink up! xx

This smoothie really satisfies my sweet tooth without being overpowering! Perfect for sneaking in some protein or healthy fats for breakfast or a snack.

  2. Craig says:

Seems like it would have been good but my blender wasn’t able to handle the dates. I think this is best for someone with a high end blender.

  3. Susan Byers says:

We love this smoothie too!!!! Sometimes we add a shot of espresso a frozen latte vibe!!
