Silky smooth Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Smoothie. The best flavor, and a simple meal or snack on the go!
- 1/2–1 cup of almond milk
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 handful frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp macadamia nuts
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 serving of protein powder or collagen (I like unflavored because i don’t like the taste of the sweeteners, but vanilla will work here)
- dash of vanilla
- dash of cinnamon
- sea salt, to taste
- Blend all ingredients until super smooth. Taste and add more sea salt if desired.
