My favorite thick and cream chia pudding! I meal prep this every week now- it’s the best way to get a good punch of fiber in first thing in the morning!
I love making 1 batch as is for me and my husband, and then an unsweetened batch with fruit mixed in for my baby for baby led weaning! It’s SO easy to make, there’s really no reason not to prep it!
Want to mix the flavor up? Top with it with fresh bananas and melted chocolate, let the chocolate set in the fridge for a bit, and enjoy the crunchy chocolate shell!
Mix everything together in a large jar or Tupperware. Leave for 10 minutes, then whisk again to remove any clumps.
Chill in the refrigerator overnight and serve with desired toppings! Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. If pudding becomes thicker than desired, you can mix in water or milk of choice before serving.

I love trying new toppings on chia pudding, and the idea of adding fresh bananas and a chocolate shell sounds heavenly! I usually make a big batch with coconut milk, chia seeds, and a touch of honey, letting it chill overnight so it’s perfectly thick and creamy. It’s such a versatile base—I’ve even experimented with nuts, berries, and a drizzle of almond butter. Honestly, it reminds me of how I explore new ways to earn in crypto, always testing and learning. For example, I recently read about airdrops and how they can provide passive income: https://paybis.com/blog/glossary/what-is-an-airdrop/ It’s all about experimenting and enjoying the results!
Loved this recipe! Super easy and quick to make, great to have on hand throughout the week and my toddler loves it.
