Breakfast

Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Muffins

The best fluffy, yet hearty, fiber-filled gluten free apple muffins with a beyond delicious almond cinnamon sugar crumble. You guys know I am a huge fan of using siggi’s yogurt in my savory recipes (like this taco pasta, linked here), but I also love to bake with siggi’s! It adds a great protein boost, and it…

Naturally sweet, high in fiber, and full of flavor. The most delicious homemade snack! I am loving these with some yogurt for a quick gran-and-go breakfast situation.

Breakfast Tostadas With Creamy Jalapeño Cilantro Sauce

This is the best breakfast i have made in a LONG time. I can’t believe how good it is for something that is so simple! I whipped this up before work (it’s that easy!), but this will make the most perfect weekend brunch.

Lemon Poppyseed Yogurt Breakfast Cake

I’ll take any reason to have cake for breakfast! This grain free lemon poppyseed yogurt cake is next level delicious. This light and fluffy lemon breakfast cake is made with siggi’s yogurt and real, wholesome, simple ingredients- just like siggi’s. Plus, siggi’s is high in protein and lower in sugar, giving this cake a nice…

Low Sugar Gluten Free Breakfast Oatmeal Cookie Sandwich With Cinnamon Yogurt Filling

I could not wait to share this recipe with you all! My new favorite on-the-go breakfast, made with my all time favorite siggi’s yogurt flavor- no sugar added banana cinnamon! I’m completely obsessed with this flavor—it’s always been impossible to find a flavored yogurt without tons of sugar added until siggi’s changed the game.

definitely not here to brag about my summer roll w definitely not here to brag about my summer roll wrapping game (🥲), BUT you do need this spicy almond butter sauce in your life!! this is one of my weekly go-to meals. i use whatever i have on hand- these have butter lettuce, shredded cabbage, bell pepper, and air fried tofu. so perfect!! you can also make the sauce nut free with sunflower butter- link in bio for the recipe!

for the tofu:
press out liquid, slice into strips, and spray with a little avocado oil. season with any seasonings you like, then air fry at 400 for 10 mins or so until crisp. they will puff up a lot but deflate once out of the air fryer!
