Easy Lemony Pepperoncini Tuna made with white beans and no mayo!
Ingredients
This is a “measure with your heart” recipe! Here’s what I add:
Wild tuna
White beans
Greek yogurt (sub mayo if you’re into it)
Dijon mustard
Lots of lemon juice + zest
Pepperoncinis (you can add some of the juices too)
Celery
Radish
Shallot
Dill
Olive oil
Salt and pepper (season generously!)
