Description

Easy whipped feta dip with a simple honey cranberry sauce!

Ingredients

Scale

Feta dip:

  • 8 oz block of feta, drained of any liquid
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled
  • 3/4 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • Salt + pepper, to taste

Cranberry sauce:

  • 10 oz frozen cranberries
  • Juice of 1/2 an orange
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water

For serving:

  • Chopped walnuts
  • Crackers
  • Pita bread (or bread of choice)

Instructions

  1. Add all feta dip ingredients to your food processor. Process until a smooth and creamy dip forms. Set in the fridge until cranberry sauce has cooled and you’re ready to serve.
  2. Make the cranberry sauce by adding all ingredients to a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened and cranberries have burst. Allow to completely cool before adding on top of your feta dip.
  3. Top dip with chopped walnuts and serve with crackers and bread of choice.
