Easy whipped feta dip with a simple honey cranberry sauce!
Ingredients
Scale
Feta dip:
- 8 oz block of feta, drained of any liquid
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled
- 3/4 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- Salt + pepper, to taste
Cranberry sauce:
- 10 oz frozen cranberries
- Juice of 1/2 an orange
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
For serving:
- Chopped walnuts
- Crackers
- Pita bread (or bread of choice)
Instructions
- Add all feta dip ingredients to your food processor. Process until a smooth and creamy dip forms. Set in the fridge until cranberry sauce has cooled and you’re ready to serve.
- Make the cranberry sauce by adding all ingredients to a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened and cranberries have burst. Allow to completely cool before adding on top of your feta dip.
- Top dip with chopped walnuts and serve with crackers and bread of choice.
