Easy one pan vodka sauce, chicken sausage, white bean, and kale skillet!
Ingredients

- Oil for the pan
- 1 lb spicy Italian chicken sausage, casings removed (can sub pork sausage)
- 2–3 handfuls of chopped kale
- 1 jar of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 25–28 oz of vodka sauce
- Salt + pepper, if needed
- Optional: burrata for topping
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Drizzle with oil and add your ground sausage. Cook, breaking up, for about 5 minutes until no longer pink.
- Stir in your kale and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add beans and vodka sauce. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Optional: top with burrata and serve with bread!
