Vodka Sauce Italian Baked Eggs

Description

Simple cheesy vodka sauce baked eggs!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup vodka sauce (store bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp parmesan
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Italian blend shredded cheese
  • S+P
  • Fresh basil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease (2) 10” ramekins, or use an oval or sqaure baking dish or a cast iron pan.
  2. Mix the vodka sauce and milk. Divide between the ramekins if using two. Crack in the eggs, then top with cheeses, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil.
  3. Bake until eggs are cooked to your liking, anywhere from 12-25 minutes depending how runny you like your eggs. Serve with toasty bread and enjoy!
