If you’re looking to jazz up your salads without loading up on processed dressings or sauces, this Healthy Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing is about to become your go-to. It’s tangy, savory, and packed with Mediterranean flavor — all while being full of good-for-you ingredients and mayo-free for my fellow mayo haters!
Sun-dried tomatoes bring a rich umami kick, while tangy Greek yogurt and red wine vinegar, garlic, parmesan, and olive oil tie it all together. Whether you’re drizzling it over a crisp green salad or using it as a spread on wraps or sandwiches, this dressing adds a delicious boost of flavor with simple ingredients.
What You’ll Need
Sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
Greek yogurt
Parmesan cheese
Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Honey
Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Unlike many store-bought dressings loaded with preservatives and added unnecessary ingredients, this recipe is simple and nourishing. Sun-dried tomatoes are rich in antioxidants, especially lycopene, olive oil adds healthy fats that support heart health, and the Greek yogurt adds a protein boost.
How to Use It
Drizzle over mixed greens or grain bowls
Toss with roasted veggies
Use as a sandwich spread or wrap sauce

To make the BLT salad shown here, I just use butter lettuce, crispy bacon, tomatoes, croutons, avocado, parmesan, and thinly shaved turkey (chicken would be great, too)!

Simple sun-dried tomato dressing- mayo-free and simple!
Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
6 sun-dried tomato halves
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp dijon
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
2–3 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
Water, as needed to thin
Instructions
Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as needed, and adjust seasonings as desired. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
