Seedy morning bircher made with plant-based ingredients!
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten free, if needed)
- 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacoa nibs
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Dash of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 apple, grated
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk of choice
- 1/4 cup siggi’s plant-based rapsberry blend
- In a mason jar, add all of the dry ingredients and stir together until well-combined.
- Mix in apple, milk of choice, and the yogurt.
- Cover and soak in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy within 2-3 days.
