One-Pot Alfredo White Beans & Broccoli (Creamy, Fiber-Packed & So Simple)
Let me introduce you to one of the easiest, creamiest, most comforting dinners to ever come out of a single skillet: One-Pot Alfredo White Beans and Broccoli.
This recipe is what I make when I need something warm and satisfying but don’t want to spend more than 15 minutes in the kitchen. It’s rich and velvety thanks to the Alfredo sauce, full of fiber from the beans and broccoli, and all made in one pan for minimal cleanup. It’s the kind of no-fuss, big-reward meal I keep coming back to week after week.
What You’ll Love:
Creamy and cozy without being too heavy
Made with pantry staples
Packed with plant-based protein and fiber
One pot = less mess
Easily customizable with added protein if you like
Ingredients:
1–2 cups broth of choice (I like to use bone broth)
3 cups broccoli florets
2 jars (or cans) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 jar Alfredo sauce (choose your favorite brand)
Salt and pepper, if needed
How to Make It:
Steam the broccoli In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 cup of broth and the broccoli florets. Cover with a lid and let it steam for about 5 minutes. If all the liquid evaporates while it cooks, just add a small splash more.
Add beans and Alfredo Remove the lid and stir in the white beans and Alfredo sauce. Simmer everything together for about 10 minutes. You can add extra broth during this step if you want a looser, more saucy consistency.
Season and serve Give it a taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. That’s it. You’re done. Spoon it into bowls and enjoy that creamy, fiber-packed goodness.
Optional Protein Add-Ins:
This dish is super satisfying as-is, but if you’re looking to add more protein, it pairs beautifully with:
Whether you’re eating plant-based or just need something quick and nourishing, this recipe has you covered. It’s low-effort, high-reward, and exactly the kind of comfort food that doesn’t weigh you down.
Let me know if you give it a try or put your own spin on it—I always love seeing your creations!

One of my favorite meals i’ve made recently! I paired mine with ground turkey and added parmesan cheese on top! Super easy to make and simple ingredients! Thank you Mia for sharing 🙂
I often do the same thing when I’m trying to stay in shape — I add more broccoli to fill my plate with volume rather than calories, and I feel lighter without feeling hungry. This has helped me avoid unhealthy foods because it’s tasty and simple. And when I was looking for ways to motivate myself further, I realized that powerful visuals work wonders — those same before-and-after photos or success stories in advertising add an emotional boost. If you are also looking for inspiration for weight control through delicious but smart recipes, extra info — there are real examples of creative weight loss offers that hook and convert.
Just made this for a quick dinner tonight and it was so comforting! I actually added a bit of grilled chicken on top for extra protein, just like the recipe suggests. By the way, for anyone who needs quick meal ideas or support on their wellness journey, I found the jack in the box phone number unexpectedly helpful for asking about their lighter menu options when I’m on the go—sometimes it’s nice to have those details to make better choices. This recipe is definitely going into my regular rotation because it’s so easy and satisfying. Thanks for sharing such a simple, feel-good meal.
This was such a win for our family! Dinner was on the table in 15–20 minutes, which is a lifesaver on busy nights. I have a toddler who does not believe in waiting for food — and the fact that they actually ate this without throwing it is everything. Quick, easy, and toddler-approved. Definitely adding this to our regular rotation!
From what I’ve seen in various discussions among users across Bangladesh, the best starting point is baji-bd.com/app. That page explains the installation process for both Android APK and iOS devices in a clear way. When I downloaded the application from there, everything went smoothly and the app launched without any issues. It’s definitely better to rely on a single trusted source rather than searching random links.
