Healthy Piña Colada Smoothie

Creamy dairy free piña colada smoothie!


  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (separated from a can of full fat coconut milk, see note*)
  • 1/4 cup coconut water (separated from a can of full fat coconut milk, see note*)
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 servings of collagen powder (or sub vegan protein powder)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut water as needed to reach your desired consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!


*It helps to refrigerate your can of coconut milk to separate the cream from the water
