Creamy dairy free piña colada smoothie!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (separated from a can of full fat coconut milk, see note*)
- 1/4 cup coconut water (separated from a can of full fat coconut milk, see note*)
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 servings of collagen powder (or sub vegan protein powder)
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut water as needed to reach your desired consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
*It helps to refrigerate your can of coconut milk to separate the cream from the water
