Gluten free strawberry jam oat bars! Delicious squares of almond and oat butter crumb bars, with a layer of juicy strawberry jam. Perfectly sweet, so simple to make, and made with wholesome ingredients.
I love these oat bars SO much. Especially with a nice cup of coffee or tea 🙂 It’s the perfect little sweet treat. The layers are full of flavor and the perfect chewy texture with a slight crunch on top!
Can I use any flavor jam?
Of course! You can really use any jam that you love here, both store-bought and homemade! One follower mentioned they made these with cherry jam and said it turned out delicious, so I’ve got that on my list to try next!
I am so excited to share this new dessert recipe with you all. These strawberry oat bars are the dreamiest summer treat, and just so easy to make. I can’t wait to hear what you think! Enjoy! xo
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper with some hanging over the sides for easy removal.
In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar together. Stir in the oats, almond flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Press about 2/3 of the mixture into the lined baking dish. Until flat and even. Spread the jam on top, then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
Bake for 30-34 minutes, until crumb topping is golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully lift by parchment paper to finish cooling on a wire rack. Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
