Easy protein pancakes that can be made gluten free, plus no protein powder needed!
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup egg whites (2–3 egg whites)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of your favorite pancake mix (plus more as needed- see directions)
- Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, hemp seeds, cinnamon, or berries
Instructions
- Whisk wet ingredients until smooth. Fold in pancake mix, and slowly add more as needed if batter is too thin (I needed about 1/4 cup more of mine). Fold in any add ins.
- Cook on a griddle over medium heat with butter or coconut oil for 2-3 minutes per side; be careful not to burn. Serve and enjoy!
