Easy Creamy Parmesan Cauliflower Pasta

Description

Super creamy pasta sauce made from cauliflower!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups cauliflower florets, boiled
  • 1 + 1/2 cups milk (I use whole milk)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil cauliflower florets until fork tender, 8-10 mins.
  2. Blend cauliflower with other ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, reduce heat to low and add cauliflower sauce.
  4. Serve with pasta of choice and extra parmesan (optional)
