Super creamy pasta sauce made from cauliflower!
Ingredients

- 5 cups cauliflower florets, boiled
- 1 + 1/2 cups milk (I use whole milk)
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil cauliflower florets until fork tender, 8-10 mins.
- Blend cauliflower with other ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Heat butter in a skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, reduce heat to low and add cauliflower sauce.
- Serve with pasta of choice and extra parmesan (optional)
