Quick tips:
Your Greek yogurt needs to be thick for this to work! If you want to try a dairy free alternative, just make sure it’s a really thick yogurt!
Don’t overmix the dough; it should be sticky but not wet.
Let them cool at least 5–10 minutes so the texture sets.
Slice and toast before serving for the best results!

Greek yogurt bagels with chocolate chips and sea salt!
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt, more for topping
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
Chocolate chips
1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients together. Fold in your yogurt until just combined.
Dump dough onto a floured surface. Add chocolate chips (as much as you like!) and use your hands to knead the dough while folding in the chocolate chips. If sticky, add more flour as needed until dough forms a smooth ball.
Divide into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope and then shape into a round bagel with a small hole in the center (they will spread more in the oven).
Brush each bagel with egg wash and top with sea salt and more chocolate chips (optional). Bake for 25 minutes, then allow to cool before slicing and toasting.
