This dreamy breakfast combo of vodka sauce, cheese, and eggs is to die for. Pair it with your favorite toasty buttered bread and you are in breakfast heaven!!
This recipe went viral on my Instagram recently, so I knew I had to get this one on the blog! Everyone has been loving it for a simple and flavorful spin on breakfast!
These vodka sauce baked eggs are easy to make, and such a delicious option for breakfast. I am obsessed and can’t wait for you all to try this recipe!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease (2) 10” ramekins, or use an oval or sqaure baking dish or a cast iron pan.
Mix the vodka sauce and milk. Divide between the ramekins if using two. Crack in the eggs, then top with cheeses, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil.
Bake until eggs are cooked to your liking, anywhere from 12-25 minutes depending how runny you like your eggs. Serve with toasty bread and enjoy!
