Simple cheesy vodka sauce baked eggs!

- 1 cup vodka sauce (store bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp parmesan
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup Italian blend shredded cheese
- S+P
- Fresh basil
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease (2) 10” ramekins, or use an oval or sqaure baking dish or a cast iron pan.
- Mix the vodka sauce and milk. Divide between the ramekins if using two. Crack in the eggs, then top with cheeses, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil.
- Bake until eggs are cooked to your liking, anywhere from 12-25 minutes depending how runny you like your eggs. Serve with toasty bread and enjoy!
