Description

The most perfect simple and delicious diced chicken taco meat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 taco seasoning packet (spicy or mild)
  • 46 chicken cutlets (or chicken breasts cut in half to make your own thin cutlets)
  • Avocado or olive oil
  • Limes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rub avocado oil or olive oil all over the chicken cutlets, then season each cutlet with about 1 tbsp of taco seasoning (no need to be super exact- just season well).
  2. Heat a grill pan or regular pan over medium heat with a splash of oil. Cook each cutlet for 4-6 minutes per side, until browned and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  3. Allow chicken to sit and cool for 5 minutes, then dice into small pieces. Squeeze lime juice over the chicken (optional) and serve.
