Whipped Basil Feta + Strawberry Jam Baguette

Baguette with whipped basil feta and strawberry jam!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz feta
  • 3/4 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Good pinch of salt
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • 1 large baguette
  • Olive oil
  • Strawberry jam
  • Optional for garnish: more basil, microgreens, edible flowers, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice baguette in half and drizzle with olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Make the whipped feta. Add to a food processor and whip until smooth. 
  3. Just before serving, toast baguette in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Let cool, then top with feta and strawberry jam. Swirl together with a knife. Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
