Baguette with whipped basil feta and strawberry jam!
Ingredients

- 8 oz feta
- 3/4 cup thick Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Good pinch of salt
- Handful of fresh basil
- 1 large baguette
- Olive oil
- Strawberry jam
- Optional for garnish: more basil, microgreens, edible flowers, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Slice baguette in half and drizzle with olive oil. Set aside.
- Make the whipped feta. Add to a food processor and whip until smooth.
- Just before serving, toast baguette in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Let cool, then top with feta and strawberry jam. Swirl together with a knife. Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
