Description
Thick and creamy dairy free chia pudding!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp water
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a large jar or Tupperware. Leave for 10 minutes, then whisk again to remove any clumps.
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight and serve with desired toppings! Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. If pudding becomes thicker than desired, you can mix in water or milk of choice before serving.
