Description

Simple sun-dried tomato dressing- mayo-free and simple!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 6 sun-dried tomato halves
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp dijon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 23 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Water, as needed to thin

Instructions

  1. Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as needed, and adjust seasonings as desired. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
