Simple sun-dried tomato dressing- mayo-free and simple!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 6 sun-dried tomato halves
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp dijon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Water, as needed to thin
Instructions
- Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as needed, and adjust seasonings as desired. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
