Description

One pot creamy alfredo white beans and broccoli skillet!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 cups bone broth, as needed (or sub vegetable broth)
  • 3 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 jars (or cans) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 cup of broth and your broccoli. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Remove lid- if broccoli has absorbed all of the liquid then add another extra splash as needed.
  2. Stir in your beans and alfredo sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes; depending on how saucy you want your final result to be you can add more broth as needed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if needed; serve and enjoy!
