Healthy vegan dirt pudding!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of your favorite chocolate cookies
  • 3 (very ripe) avocados
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup-1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch if sea salt

Topping

  • 2 large bananas, sliced (or swap for your favorite topping)
  • Cookie crumbs
  • Coconut cool whip

Instructions

  1. Add your chocolate cookies to a food processor and pulse into a fine crumb. Set aside.
  2. Make the pudding by blending the ingredients into a smooth pudding in your food processor. Spread into a pie dish and set in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour.
  3. Assemble the remaining ingredients (I recommend doing this just before serving but can be done an hour before):
