Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup olive oil (or sub coconut oil, melted)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup high quality cocoa powder
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together your olive oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix in your remaining dry ingredients BESIDES the white chocolate chips. Stir until everything is evenly coated, then spread out on your baking sheet as evenly as possible.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then pour your white chocolate chips over the top. Allow to cool another 15-30 minutes until completely cooled, then break into clusters. Store in an airtight container.
