Easy gluten free yogurt breadsticks!
Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cup almond flour, plus more as needed
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch
- 2 tsp Italian seasonings
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Flakey sea salt
- Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Stir in the yogurt, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Dough will be slightly sticky.
- Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Divide into 8 equal portions. Roll into sticks, adding more almond flour as needed if dough is sticking.
- Line up breadsticks on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Option to brush with more melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve immediately and enjoy!
